Job summary

Exodigo seeks a Field Lead Supervisor to oversee multiple field leads and field teams across large-scale sites. You will drive safe, efficient, and high-quality field operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

You will coordinate site logistics, manage budgets and subcontractors, coach field leads, and uphold OSHA-driven safety and operational standards while traveling nationwide to metro-area sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field operations with supervisory or multi-site leadership.
• Experience leading multiple field teams across concurrent projects.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, logistics, and subcontractors.
• OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple Field Leads and field teams across project sites.
• Develop daily and weekly work plans to maximize productivity.
• Champion safety culture and ensure OSHA/compliance.
• Manage on-site budgets, labor, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
• Report progress to Regional Managers and stakeholders.
• Track KPIs: schedule, budget, quality, safety.
