Job summary

JP Services is seeking a Field Foreman to lead and execute projects with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. You will act as technical lead on field sites, coordinate resources, train technicians, and ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget.

You will work with clients across the US, travel as needed, and manage field operations from design through close-out, while upholding Health, Safety & Environment standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License (required).
• Ability to pass client-required drug test.
• Travel throughout the US.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to travel and work extended hours at field sites.
• May work in Field-Site remote areas for project executions for extended periods.
• Frequent periods of standing for long periods.
• Ability to walk long distances across rugged terrain.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (forklift, telehandler).
• Pass Fit for Duty test.
• Exposure to weather extremes.

Responsibilities

• Lead field site executions and technical activities per SOW.
• Equip, execute, and report field activities.
• Interact with clients to develop work.
• Lead and mentor field technicians.
• Maintain profitability objectives.
• Direct technicians for in-field activities and equipment.
• Manage projects to deliver on time and budget while minimizing risk.
• Ensure safety, quality policies and procedures are followed.
• Monitor project status through site visits and client communication.
• Provide leadership in HSE and safety culture.
• Support operations and expand opportunities for testing services.
