Job summary

QXO is seeking a proven field operations supervisor to oversee day-to-day field activities and coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams. The role emphasizes on-site leadership, safety, and ensuring materials and work meet project specifications.

You will monitor progress, resolve issues, and support process improvements while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across active job sites.

• Identify and resolve issues in the field, escalating as needed.
• Ensure materials and work are aligned with project specifications and requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to provide updates and support project success.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures on job sites.
• Support continuous improvement of field processes and operations.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
