Job summary

Exodigo is seeking a Field Lead Supervisor to oversee multiple field teams across large project sites. You will drive safe, efficient field operations, develop work plans, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The role requires frequent regional travel and coordination with regional managers to optimize resource use. You will champion safety, manage budgets and staffing, and ensure adherence to Exodigo's methodologies and platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in field operations or related industries with multi-site leadership.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and optimize field activities across sites.
• Strong safety culture, compliance with OSHA and site rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple Field Leads and field teams across concurrent project sites.
• Develop and oversee daily and weekly work plans to maximize productivity and milestones.
• Champion safety through compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage on-site budgets, labor, equipment, and materials for efficiency.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to minimize disruptions and maintain schedules.
• Ensure adherence to Exodigo methodologies and technology platforms.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Report updates to Regional Manager and cross-functional teams.
• Track KPIs including schedule, budget, quality, safety, and efficiency.
