Job summary

Exodigo is seeking a Field Lead Supervisor to oversee multiple field teams across large-scale project sites. You will drive safe, efficient, and high-quality field operations while ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

This role requires coordinating work plans, managing budgets, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining safety and quality standards across distributed sites in the US. Travel is extensive and you will report to Regional Managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, utilities, infrastructure, surveying, or related industries.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or multi-site leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, on-site budgets, subcontractors, and resources.
• OSHA 30 certification required or achievable within timeframe.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned region weekly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple Field Leads and field teams across concurrent project sites.
• Develop and oversee daily and weekly work plans.
• Champion safety culture, ensuring compliance with policies and OSHA regs.
• Manage on-site budgets, labor, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners to maintain schedules.
• Ensure field operations adhere to Exodigo methodologies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Report updates to Regional Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Track KPIs for schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
