Job summary

Exodigo, the leading underground mapping solution, is seeking a Field Lead Supervisor to oversee multiple Field Leads and field teams across large-scale project sites spanning tens of acres. You will drive safe, efficient field operations, ensuring projects are executed on schedule and within budget while upholding Exodigo's safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field operations or related industries with leadership exp.
• At least 2 years supervising or leading multiple sites/crews.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractors on large sites.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain quickly.
• Willingness to travel weekly across the assigned region and nationwide as needed.
• Valid driver's license and ability to access varied project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple Field Leads and field teams across concurrent sites.
• Develop and oversee daily/weekly work plans to maximize productivity and milestones.
• Champion safety culture; ensure OSHA compliance and site safety requirements.
• Manage on-site budgets, labor, equipment, and material resources.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to maintain schedules.
• Ensure adherence to Exodigo methodologies, processes, and tech platforms.
• Monitor progress, identify risks/delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers to communicate updates and priorities.
