Job summary

Exodigo is seeking a Field Lead Supervisor to oversee multiple field crews across large-scale project sites. You will coordinate daily and weekly work plans, allocate resources, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery in line with Exodigo's standards.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role requires extensive travel across US metros and strong leadership to coordinate subcontractors and trades while maintaining cost controls and schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field operations with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
• OSHA 30 certification required or the ability to obtain it.
• Experience leading multiple field teams across concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple Field Leads and field teams across concurrent project sites.
• Develop and oversee daily and weekly work plans to maximize productivity.
• Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Manage on-site budgets, labor allocation, equipment, and material resources.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to maintain efficient project schedules.
• Ensure all field operations adhere to Exodigo's methodologies and platforms.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Partner with Regional Managers to communicate updates and prioritize resources.
• Track and report on KPIs including schedule adherence, budget, quality, safety, and efficiency.
