Job summary

WOW! in Florida is seeking a supervisor to coordinate the daily activities of System Technicians and Field Service Technicians, establishing procedures, performance standards, and best practices to deliver optimum network performance and timely broadband service to subscribers.

The role leads training, scheduling, budgeting, and quality audits, ensuring OSHA compliance and safe operations, while partnering with leadership to sustain high customer satisfaction and service reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of related experience and an associate degree or equivalent.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of broadband operations and FCC/OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Service Technicians and System Technicians to meet KPIs.
• Schedule staff for peak demand and ensure timely service.
• Develop budgets, policies, and audits for operations.
• Coordinate safety programs and OSHA compliance.
