WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily activities of System Technicians and Field Service Technicians, establish procedures, performance standards, and best practices to ensure optimal network performance and timely broadband installation and service.

The role focuses on staffing, training, budget collaboration, safety and compliance, hiring processes, and 24/7 support readiness, with routine coordination of field testing and regulatory records to meet

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to four years of related experience; associate degree or equivalent.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Field Service Technicians, System Technicians, and Locators to ensure KPI compliance.
• Review and administer training and development of technicians on maintenance activities, methods, and safety standards.
• Schedule technicians to meet network maintenance demands and ensure prompt service.
• Collaborate with leadership on policies, budgets, and audits.
• Lead hiring, coaching, and disciplinary processes for technicians.
• Ensure ongoing safety programs in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and FCC-related field testing.
• Maintain regulatory and industry compliance reports.
