Job summary

TC Energy in Mansfield, Ohio seeks a Student Intern for US Gas Operations in the Erie Plains region. You will gain hands-on experience supporting field operations, assisting with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of natural gas compressors and related equipment under supervision.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Mechanical, Chemical, Pipeline, Automation, or related technical program, returning to full-time studies after May 2027, and able to work 40 hours per week May 2027

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a technical program related to mechanical, chemical, or pipeline fields.
• Returning to full-time studies after the May 2027 term.
• Must be able to work full-time 40 hours/week during the term.

Responsibilities

• Support field operations while upholding TC Energy's core values of safety, accountability and teamwork.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of natural gas compressors and related equipment.
• Gain hands-on experience using field tools, equipment, and procedures.
• Learn and apply safety protocols for field work.
• Participate in site visits, equipment inspections and project activities under supervision.
• Develop technical and problem-solving skills for a field technician role.
