This in-person, full-time internship offers hands-on experience in field coordination and construction quality within a dynamic project environment. The role emphasizes assisting Superintendents and Project Managers with daily tasks, reports, inspections, and documentation while developing skills in CPM

Qualifications

• Pursuing a related Bachelor's degree (construction management, engineering) preferred.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and protocols.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Ability to read drawings and technical documents.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Understanding CPM concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support safety program administration to ensure a safe work environment.
• Interpret contract drawings, submittals, and project docs.
• Assist field team with daily tasks, reports, safety walks, quantity reports, and schedules.
• Develop understanding of project schedule and critical path.
• Contribute to short-term planning to meet milestones.
• Participate in QA with site inspections and material verifications.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to meet timelines and safety.
• Maintain daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and communication records.
• Monitor material deliveries and inventory on site.
• Attend project meetings and report updates and challenges.
• Observe site conditions affecting schedule, cost, or safety.
• Use construction management software to track project information.
