Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Intern to support Superintendents and Project Managers on a hands-on construction site.

The role involves safety program administration, quantity tracking, schedule analysis, and documenting daily activities in a dynamic field setting. You will assist with safety walks, reporting, and schedule updates while gaining exposure to CPM concepts and field coordination.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction safety standards and protocols.
• Proficient in MS Office; willing to learn CM software.
• Able to read and interpret drawings, submittals, and docs.
• Strong organizational skills for documentation.
• Understanding CPM concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety program administration and site safety walks.
• Interpret drawings, submittals, and project docs.
• Support schedule management and daily/weekly reporting.
• Monitor and update project schedules, critical path.
• Contribute to QA through site inspections and material checks.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to meet timelines.
• Maintain daily logs, RFIs, submittals and tracking.
• Assist in team meetings and communicate updates.
• Observe site conditions impacting schedule, cost, or safety.
• Utilize construction management software to update project information.
