Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Field Operations Intern to assist field teams in safety program administration, quantity tracking, schedule analysis, and job site documentation.

This in-person internship provides hands-on experience in field coordination and construction quality within a dynamic setting. The role supports Superintendents and Project Managers and offers exposure to daily reports, safety walks, and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Support safety program administration to ensure a safe environment.
• Interpret contract drawings, submittals, and project documentation.
• Assist supervision and project management with daily/weekly tasks and reporting.
• Develop understanding of the overall project schedule, including critical path.
• Contribute to short-term planning to meet milestones.
• Participate in QA through site inspections and material verification.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to support timelines and safety.
• Maintain daily logs, RFIs, and submittal tracking.
• Monitor on-site deliveries and inventory to avoid delays.
• Attend project meetings and communicate updates and challenges.
• Observe site conditions that could impact schedule, cost, or safety.
• Utilize construction management software to track project information.
