Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Field Operations Intern to support safety program administration, quantity tracking, schedule analysis, and job site documentation. This in-person internship provides hands-on field coordination and exposure to construction quality within a dynamic environment.

You will assist supers and PMs with daily activities, learn CPM scheduling, and gain practical experience in project coordination, safety compliance, and reporting in a real jobsite setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CM, Eng or related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards and protocols.
• Proficient in MS Office; willingness to learn CM software.
• Ability to read construction drawings, submittals and technical docs.
• Strong organizational skills for documentation and reporting.
• Understanding CPM concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist safety program administration to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Interpret contract drawings, submittals, and project documentation; provide technical assistance.
• Support daily/weekly activities: reports, safety walks, quantity tracking, and scheduling updates.
• Develop understanding of the overall project schedule, including critical path analysis.
• Contribute to short-term planning to meet milestones.
• Participate in QA through meetings, site inspections, and material verification.
