Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Field Operations Intern to support Superintendents and Project Managers in safety program administration, quantity tracking, and schedule analysis. This in-person, 40-hour-per-week internship offers hands-on experience in field coordination and construction quality within a dynamic project environment.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; Civil Engineering preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn construction management software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety program administration and site documentation.
• Support schedule analysis and CPM concepts.
• Prepare daily reports, safety walks, and quantity tracking.
• Coordinate with superintendent and project manager on site activities.
• Maintain project logs, RFIs, submittal tracking, and drawing interpretation.
• Support quality assurance through site inspections and material verification.
• Help manage on-site deliveries and inventory.
