Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Field Operations Intern to support field leaders in safety program administration, quantity tracking, schedule analysis, and site documentation.

This in-person role offers hands-on experience in field coordination and construction quality within a dynamic environment. The intern will assist superintendents and project managers with daily activities, read drawings, and help maintain project schedules and logs, while developing CPM knowledge and field

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards and protocols.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; capable of learning construction management software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Strong organizational skills for documentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with CPM concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support safety program administration on site.
• Assist with daily/weekly reports, safety walks, and schedules.
• Review drawings, submittals, and project documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to meet milestones.
• Maintain daily logs, RFIs, and submittal tracking.
• Assist in schedule analysis and critical path understanding.
• Utilize CM software to track project information.
