Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Field Operations Intern to support field coordination and project administration in person.

This hands‑on role offers exposure to safety programs, schedule analysis, quantity tracking, and site documentation within a dynamic construction environment. You will assist superintendents and project managers, gain experience with CPM concepts, and learn to read drawings and submittals while developing strong organizational and communication skills in a team

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards and protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; aptitude for learning construction management software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, submittals, and technical documents.
• Strong organizational skills for documenting and reporting.
• Basic understanding of CPM scheduling and critical path concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of the project safety program to ensure a safe, compliant environment.
• Interpret contract drawings, submittals, and project documentation.
• Assist the superintendent, assistant superintendent, and project manager with daily/weekly activities.
• Prepare daily reports, conduct safety walks, and update project schedules.
• Track quantities and maintain schedule updates; understand critical path.
• Contribute to short-term planning to meet milestones.
• Participate in quality assurance through site inspections and material verifications.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to meet timelines and safety requirements.
• Maintain daily logs, RFIs, and submittal tracking for communication.
• Monitor onsite material deliveries and inventory to support progress.
• Participate in project team meetings, sharing updates and solutions.
• Observe conditions affecting schedule, cost, or safety.
• Utilize construction management software to update project information.
