Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is hiring a Field Operations Intern to support safety, quantity tracking, scheduling analysis, and site documentation on active projects.

This in-person, 40-hour per week internship offers hands-on exposure to field coordination and quality control. The role requires current enrollment in a Construction Management, Engineering, or related bachelor's program, familiarity with safety standards, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree (Construction Management, Engineering or related).
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards and practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; aptitude for learning construction management software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, submittals and technical documents.
• Strong organizational skills for documentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with CPM concepts and scheduling basics.

Responsibilities

• Support safety program administration to maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
• Interpret contract drawings, submittals, and project documentation for technical accuracy.
• Assist field leadership with daily/weekly activities, daily reports, safety walks, quantity reports, and schedules.
• Develop understanding of the overall project schedule and critical path.
• Contribute to short-term planning to meet project milestones.
• Participate in QA through site inspections and material verification.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to support timelines and safety.
• Maintain project logs, RFIs, submittal tracking, and communication records.
• Monitor on-site material deliveries and inventory for progress.
• Engage in project team meetings and communicate updates and risks.
• Observe site conditions and report factors impacting schedule/cost/safety.
• Utilize construction management tools to track and update project information.
