Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Field Operations Intern to support safety administration, schedule analysis, quantity tracking, and site documentation. This in-person role provides hands-on experience in field coordination and construction quality within a dynamic environment.

You will assist Superintendents and Project Managers, develop schedule understanding including critical path analysis, and participate in QA and daily reporting to help meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of construction site safety standards, practices, and protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with aptitude for learning construction management software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, submittals, and technical documents.
• Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and reporting.
• Basic understanding of construction scheduling, including CPM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist safety program administration to maintain a safe site.
• Interpret contract drawings and project documentation.
• Support field team with daily/weekly activities and reports.
• Analyze project schedules and identify critical path.
• Contribute to short-term planning and milestones.
• Support QA with site inspections and material verification.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to meet timelines.
• Maintain daily logs, RFIs, and submittal tracking.
• Monitor material deliveries and inventory.
• Participate in project team meetings and report updates.
• Use CM software to track and update project information.
