Job summary

Continental Resources, Inc. is seeking a Field Analyst II to provide advanced administrative, analytical, and technical support to field operations.

You will own core invoice, reporting, and fleet processes, perform variance and exception analysis, and help improve tools and procedures for safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two (2) years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.
• Pre-employment background and drug test.
• Associate’s degree in business, accounting, data analytics, or related field (preferred).
• Experience supporting field operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and field tickets; verify coding, volumes, pricing, and approvals.
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors, supervisors, and Accounts Payable.
• Develop and interpret routine/intermediate reports for supervisors and field leadership.
• Maintain databases and electronic files for data quality and audit readiness.
• Coordinate and track fleet vehicles; report on utilization and maintenance.
• Identify cost and efficiency opportunities.
• Support onboarding/offboarding with HR, IT, HSE, and field leadership.
• Provide logistics support for field leadership; schedule meetings and field/site visits.
• Support planning of community events and donations with Public Relations.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline workflows.
