• Supports fleet reporting processes, including financial reporting, invoices and auditing expenditures for leases, fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
• Supports programs for fueling, maintenance assistance, and vehicle accidents to reduce costs and increase uptime.
• Compiles and reports fleet information on inventory, trends, usage, and expenses for decision making.
• Estimates fair market value of used company vehicles prior to resale; assists with vehicle sales to maximize net gain.
• Provides data for personal use tax calculations on company vehicles where applicable; reports as income where needed.
• Collaborates with Wheels, Inc. to ensure services meet business needs and cost objectives.
