Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch field technician and/or delivery drivers based on business needs, customer priorities, and resource availability.
• Monitor daily schedules and proactively identify potential delays, scheduling conflicts, and operational challenges.
• Communicate schedule updates, service changes, and delays to field teams, internal departments, and customers as needed.
• Coordinate with Field Operations and other departments to ensure efficient workflows and timely service delivery.
• Adjust schedules and reallocate resources as needed to respond to changing business demands.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records, service updates, and dispatch documentation.
• Provide timely updates and support to resolve customer concerns and operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency, productivity, and overall service performance.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach while balancing operational priorities and business objectives.
