Qualifications

• Previous dispatching or scheduling experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and assign jobs to Service Technicians.
• Manage new and ongoing work orders in an ERP system.
• Use the service scheduler to prioritize and schedule appointments.
• Communicate with Service and Parts teams to optimize workloads and meet customer needs.
• Manage incoming job leads using established processes and maintain professional communication with customers.
• Oversee WIP report and billing accuracy for customers; ensure safety program adherence.
