• Communicate schedule updates, service changes, and delays to field teams, internal departments, and customers as needed.
• Coordinate with Field Operations and other departments to ensure efficient workflows and timely service delivery.
• Adjust schedules and reallocate resources as needed to respond to changing business demands.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records, service updates, and dispatch documentation.
• Provide timely updates and support to resolve customer concerns and operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency, productivity, and overall service performance.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach while balancing operational priorities and business objectives.

Poolsure, an Aquasol Company is searching for a Dispatcher to join our team in Houston, TX.

The Dispatcher works closely with Field Operations and cross-functional departments to ensure customer needs and concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively. This role is primarily responsible for coordinating and scheduling field technicians and/or delivery drivers based on business demands, customer priorities, and operational requirements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The Dispatcher must be able to anticipate potential delays, identify operational challenges, and take appropriate action to minimize disruptions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
