Responsibilities

• Enter orders.
• Follow up with homeowners to confirm appointment time.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with builders.
• Interact with new construction builders and accommodate their demands.
• Check for parts numbers/descriptions, signatures, dates, and job status.
• Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse and manage inventory.
• Oversee operational activities and ensure profitability and administrative tasks are completed.
