Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years admin/clerical experience is preferred.
• Experience with payroll reporting, invoicing, or materials management is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and able to learn ERP/purchasing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to field supervisors and operations personnel.
• Prepare Billing Repair Cards (BRCs) and related docs for customer invoicing.
• Record and submit employee labor hours for payroll processing.
• Create reports, spreadsheets, and operational documentation as required.
• Create purchase orders and coordinate material orders, verify receipts against records.
• Maintain organized records with confidentiality; communicate with employees, vendors, and partners.
• Assist with quality initiatives, process improvements, and compliance activities.
