Job summary

sunday is building the fastest, simplest way to pay in restaurants, enabling quick pay, tipping, and checkout. As an Operations Associate based in Miami, you will launch partnerships, train restaurant staff, and drive ongoing restaurant success with cross-functional teams.

Expect travel up to 50% and a hands-on, startup-paced environment. You will report to the Senior Operations Manager and collaborate with teams across the US and Europe, helping to optimize processes and scale our restaurant

Qualifications

• Public speaking: ability to present to groups and train staff.
• Structured thinker with project management skills and clear cross-team communication.
• Owner mentality with willingness to grow with the team and scale a startup.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and run training sessions with restaurant partners for manager/staff onboarding.
• Provide in-field support for onboarding, retraining and regular drop-ins.
• Coordinate with Account Executives, Ops Managers, and technical teams to keep operations smooth.
