Job summary

sunday is hiring an Operations Associate in Dallas to support our US Operations team and launch sunday at partner restaurants from day one. The role is hands-on and field-based, with frequent collaboration across Operations, Account Executives, and product teams.

You will train managers and staff, gather field feedback, and help scale our restaurant partnerships. Based in Dallas and fluent in English and Spanish, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with travel up to 50% and a mix

Qualifications

• Based in Dallas
• 1–3 years in field operations, training, event operations, or implementations in hospitality/food startups
• Public speaking and training delivery experience
• Strong project management, reliability, and clear cross-team communication
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Schedule and run training sessions with restaurant partners.
• Provide in-field support for regional Operations teams, including onboardings and retrainings.
• Coordinate with Account Executives, Operations Managers, and technical teams to keep systems running smoothly.
• Assist with special projects, audits, and data hygiene to ensure clean records.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and shorten time from deal to launch.
