Job summary

sunday in Los Angeles is seeking an Operations Associate to support our US Operations team and help launch sunday at partner restaurants from day one.

You’ll train managers and staff, gather field feedback, and work cross‑functionally to improve our product and restaurant usage, with up to 50% travel.

This role requires bilingual English and Spanish, 1–3 years in field operations or hospitality, and a startup mindset eager to scale.

Qualifications

• Based in Los Angeles with 1–3 years in field operations, training, or hospitality roles.
• Public speaking: able to train teams on new systems.
• Structured thinker with project management and CRM/spreadsheet skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and run training sessions with restaurant partners to train managers and staff.
• Provide in-field support for onboarding, retraining, and regular field drop-ins.
• Coordinate with Account Executives, Ops Managers, and internal teams to keep things running smoothly.
• Assist with special projects, audits, and data hygiene to ensure clean records.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and shorten time from signing to launch.
