Diamondback Energy is seeking a Field Operations Assistant to support field offices with administrative duties, data entry, and expense coding. You will help process vendor tickets and invoices and assist in coordinating document shipments to the Midland corporate office.
The role requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, solid written and verbal communication, and attention to detail. Prior oil and gas experience is a plus, and relocation assistance is not offered.
The Field Operations Assistant is responsible for reviewing and validating vendor ticket submissions in the OpenTicket platform to ensure compliance with established submission guidelines, accurately coding transactions, and routing invoices through the appropriate approval workflow.
Additional responsibilities include running weekly cost reports for field personnel, assisting the production reporting team with field oil and water transportation tickets, coordinating the shipment and delivery of documentation to the Midland corporate office, performing data entry across various systems, and managing field office supplies, organization, and administrative support functions.
Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
