PMI U.S. is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead the 7-Eleven account, coordinating corporate and FOA execution of national programs.

You will build partnerships with key stakeholders, drive promotions, planograms, and product availability while tracking performance. Travel up to 75% is required, and the role supports strategic sales growth for a smokefree future.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in food, convenience, mass merchandise, or consumer goods industries; 7-Eleven experience preferred.
• Strong planning, organizational, leadership, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver persuasive, fact-based recommendations.
• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of a major airport due to travel requirements.
• Fluent in English.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Partner with the Retail Team to provide training on 7-Eleven systems and ensure flawless in-store execution.
• Support FOA trade shows, board meetings, and local events to strengthen partnerships and grow sales.
• Develop and deliver customer presentations, including business reviews, planning sessions, and new product/program introductions.
• Conduct field market visits with retail personnel and provide quarterly updates to regional retail leadership.
• Analyze syndicated data (Nielsen) and distributor shipment reports (MSA) to identify growth opportunities and develop effective business strategies.

We are seeking a Field Operations Manager to manage the 7‑Eleven account, supporting both Corporate and Franchisee execution of national programs.

Annual Base Salary: $75,000 - $100,000
