• Attain or exceed the assigned sales goals for the geography.
• Build business relationships and understand customer needs with key stakeholders in oncology.
• Communicate patient-centered rationale for oncology products in indicated uses.
• Understand cancer staging, treatment options, pathways, and guidelines.
• Analyze trends in a complex buying environment across multiple drug distribution channels.
• Review patterns for products purchased and prescribed in different settings.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term plans with local team and district manager.
• Ask insightful questions to understand customer priorities and needs for product conversations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent customer experience across divisions.
