Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support Charlotte & Raleigh, NC and Chesapeake, VA. The role is field-based, reporting to a District Manager, and requires a business-focused, science-informed approach to grow oncology therapeutics within assigned accounts.

Base pay range is $111,000–$185,500 annually. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel, including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• Minimum of two years pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
• Residing in the geography or willing to relocate to it.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of clinical efficacy, articulate a value proposition, provide clinical support and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop account strategies with District Manager and identify key accounts for penetration.
• Create customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
• Utilize all company marketing tools and close to move the sale to the next step.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve opportunities.
• Negotiate sales and close orders to meet objectives.
