Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support Columbus, OH, Indianapolis, and Fort Wayne, IN. This field-based role focuses on selling current and potential oncology therapies and building key account relationships.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, articulate a compelling value proposition, discuss access and reimbursement with customers, and develop account plans with the District Manager to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Minimum 2 years pharma/biologic/biotech or medical device sales experience or recent military.
• Residing in the geography or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of products' clinical efficacy and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop account strategies with District Manager and plan call direction.
• Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
• Utilize company marketing tools and close sales steps toward next actions.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales opportunities.
• Negotiate sales to meet sales objectives.
