Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Clinical Account Executive to lead a defined territory in Colorado. The role requires deep clinical knowledge, strategic account planning, and strong business acumen to advance patient outcomes and brand goals in CLL and NHL Oncology products.

As a field-based role, you will build partnerships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, and key stakeholders, execute territory plans, and ensure compliant, high-standards in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than peers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
