Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions, Inc. seeks a Technical Training Lead – Power Generation to oversee onboarding, skill development, and safety training across fabrication, production, engine rebuild, repair shop, and field service. The role requires frequent travel for on-site training and support.

You will develop curricula, collaborate with leadership, and drive continuous improvement in technical competencies while upholding Atlas Energy Solutions’ safety standards.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of mechanical experience or equivalent in training.
• Experience as a technical trainer or hands-on mechanical expertise.
• Strong knowledge of power generation systems and equipment.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Read and follow complex manuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee initial and continuous training for multiple operational sectors.
• Develop comprehensive training programs covering technical skills and safety.
• Collaborate with Directors to update training materials based on trends.
• Assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Foster knowledge sharing and continuous learning among staff.
• Conduct on-site training and provide hands-on support.
• Maintain expertise in power generation systems and troubleshooting.
