Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking a Director of Technical Training & Qualifications to build and lead a company-wide COE for technical training across Power, Sand, and Logistics.

The role partners with Operations, Safety, Engineering, and HR to translate critical work into robust training and qualification programs. The leader will establish enterprise standards, governance, and scalable pathways, aligning workforce readiness with growth and safety imperatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in technical training, technical qualifications, workforce development, operations, operational excellence, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build the Technical Training & Qualifications COE across Power, Sand, and Logistics.
• Establish competency standards, qualification pathways, and certification programs.
• Translate SOPs into effective training and qualification requirements.
• Build onboarding pathways to move hires to qualified performance.
• Lead LMS and learning technology initiatives and establish measures like time to qualification and coverage.
