Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions is seeking a Technician Trainer responsible for ensuring workforce proficiency across fabrication, production, engine rebuild, repair shop, and field service. This role emphasizes onboarding, skill development, safety adherence, and hands-on instruction to elevate technical competencies.

The Trainer will collaborate with leaders to update training materials, conduct on-site sessions, and support employees with troubleshooting and repair tasks while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Hands-on instruction across multiple operational areas.
• Strong technical knowledge of power generation systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Good time management and organizational skills; work independently and with teams.
• Read and follow complex manuals; relay information in reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee initial and ongoing training for employees across fabrication, production, engine rebuild, repair shop, and field service.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs covering technical skills, safety protocols, and customer service.
• Collaborate with the Director, Training & Standards to update materials based on trends and feedback.
• Assess training effectiveness with supervisors to identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Foster knowledge sharing and continuous learning; encourage collaboration across departments.
• Conduct on-site hands-on training sessions in various areas; reinforce best practices.
• Maintain expertise in power generation systems and related equipment; troubleshoot with trainees.
• Provide direct support in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment; explain schematics and manuals.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in training and safety meetings.
