Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions, Inc. seeks a Technician Trainer to elevate workforce proficiency across fabrication, production, engine rebuild, repair shop, and field service. You will lead onboarding and ongoing skill development, emphasizing safety and efficiency.

The role requires frequent travel to multiple locations to provide on-site support and hands-on instruction. You will collaborate with leadership to update training materials, assess gaps, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 10-15 years of mechanical experience or equivalent training preferred.
• Ability to work in indoor manufacturing settings and outdoor field service locations.
• Proven experience as a technical trainer or in a similar role with hands-on mechanical expertise.
• Strong knowledge of power generation systems and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee initial and ongoing training across fabrication, production, engine rebuild, repair shop and field service.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs on technical skills, safety, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and update training materials based on trends and feedback.
• Assess training effectiveness, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
• Conduct on-site, hands-on training sessions to reinforce best practices and procedures.
• Maintain expertise in power generation systems and troubleshooting methods.
• Provide direct support for diagnosing and repairing equipment and understanding manuals.
