Job Description: Field Officer Gujarat

Position: Field Officer

Location: Gujarat (Districts: Kutch, Banaskantha, Sabarkantha, Aravalli, Chhota Udaipur, Anand, Kheda, Mahisagar, Vadodara, Bharuch, Narmada, Surat, Navsari, Surendranagar)

Experience: 2-3 years

Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture, BRS, or Diploma in Agriculture

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct farmer outreach programs to promote Arizona Biotechs bio-fertilizers and bio-pesticides.
2. Organize field demonstrations and trials to showcase product benefits and effectiveness.
3. Build relationships with farmers to understand their needs and provide technical support for product usage.
4. Assist in implementing marketing campaigns at the grassroots level to drive product adoption.
5. Monitor and report on farmer feedback and field performance of products for continuous improvement.
6. Collaborate with dealers/distributors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve farmer queries.
7. Maintain records of field activities, farmer interactions, and product performance data.

Required Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and familiarity with Gujarat’s farming landscape.
2. Good communication skills to connect effectively with farmers and stakeholders.
3. Ability to conduct fieldwork independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
4. Basic technical knowledge of bio-fertilizers, bio-pesticides, and sustainable farming practices.
5. Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi is preferred for effective communication.
