Austin Industrial is seeking a Field Office Manager for the Freeport, TX area to provide direction and control over jobsite accounting, payroll, and administrative support to project staff.

Responsibilities include managing accounts payable/receivable, job cost, change orders, owner billings, project insurance, payroll and office operations to ensure efficient field execution and compliance with contract terms.

Qualifications

• Experience – 4 years direct experience in a Timekeeping Clerk role with payroll.
• Must also have experience using Excel.
