Austin Industrial is currently seeking an experienced Field Office Administrator for projects in the Taylor, TX area. The role provides direct support to the project staff with jobsite accounting, payroll, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities include AP/AR, job cost accounting, change orders, owner billings, and maintaining filing systems. 3+ years of industrial accounting experience and proficiency in TRACK, CATS, and MS Excel are required.

Competenze

• 3+ years of accounting experience in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of accounting software programs (TRACK, CATS).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Mansioni

• Manage jobsite accounts payable/receivable and job cost accounting.
• Prepare monthly pay requests and oversee field payroll functions.
• Process invoices from suppliers/subcontractors with proper back-up.
• Maintain project cost ledgers and ensure timely payments.
• Assist Project Manager with bonding/insurance documents and changes.
• Establish and maintain project filing systems and general office duties.
