Job summary

Enlyte in the United States is seeking a Field Case Manager in the Flagstaff area to coordinate medical care for injured workers. This full-time hybrid role requires regular travel to in-person appointments, and you will partner with physicians, employers and customers to implement effective treatment plans.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with 2+ years of clinical experience and URAC-certified case management credentials.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred
• URAC certification in case management (CCM,CDMS,CRC,CRRN or COHN, COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMC)
• Travel to in-person appointments required

Responsibilities

• Assess recovery progress and tailor treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians to modify job duties for early return to work
• Manage workload and prioritize cases independently
• Prepare status updates for customers and referrals
