Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in the Champaign, IL area. This full‑time hybrid role requires local travel for in‑person appointments and demands RN licensure with 2+ years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred. Workers’ compensation-related experience preferred.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Active RN license in good standing; URAC‑recognized case management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Create and implement a treatment plan that returns the injured/disabled person to work.
Collaborate with physicians/providers and employers to tailor treatment plans.
Coordinate in-person appointments and ensure cost‑effective healthcare services.
Manage workload and prioritise cases; provide status updates to customers.
Attend injured worker appointments when appropriate and support documentation.
