Job summary

Comcast Corporation is seeking a field technician to perform routine troubleshooting, locate outages, and repair services including video, CHSI, and CDV. The role requires climbing and working with aerial lifts, reading blueprints, and maintaining plant equipment.

You will respond to service interruptions, work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends, and ensure customer satisfaction while following safety and company procedures. Training and certification are part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve service failures across Comcast products.
• Strong communication with customers and ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine troubleshooting calls and locates outages to restore services.
• Climbs ladders and works with aerial lifts up to specified heights.
• Repairs, splices, and maintains coaxial plant and power supplies as needed.
• Surveys routes, documents work, and educates customers on services.
