Job summary

Comcast in Colorado is seeking a field technician to install and troubleshoot broadband services for commercial customers. You will perform site assessments, follow NEC/NESC standards, and ensure service quality while meeting company metrics.

You may lead small teams, document work orders, install CPE and passive network gear, and coordinate with customers. The role requires physical work, weekend shifts, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Field installation experience a plus.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs broadband installations and changes following NEC/NESC and local codes to provide service to commercial customers.
• Installs and configures CPE, IPs and network gear for business internet installations.
• Documents work orders, communicates with customers, and ensures quality of service.
