Qualifications

• Must be able to read general system layouts and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and restore service for Comcast video, CHSI, and CDV.
• Climb poles, ladders, and operate aerial lifts up to 18–20 feet.
• Perform underground cable locate and splicing per NEC/NESC and safety standards.
• Work shifts including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Maintain and test equipment, complete paperwork for each job, and ensure customer understanding of services.
