Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business services, including telephone, internet, and video, across the United States. You will use tools and test equipment and recommend products to resolve customer needs.

You will work in both buried and aerial plant, operate safely, manage a service vehicle, and report to the Manager of Local Operations. Schedules include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work aloft.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services (telephone, internet, video).
• Train with tools and test equipment and troubleshoot networks.
• Recommend products/services to resolve customer needs.
• Work in buried and aerial plant; climb poles and use ladders.
• Safely operate and maintain the company vehicle.
• Report to the Manager of Local Operations.
