Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience installing, deploying, troubleshooting, or supporting network and infrastructure technologies.
• Ability to read network diagrams, floor plans, and technical specs to support installations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional work.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, calibrate, upgrade, and validate network and infrastructure hardware.
• Analyze requirements and develop installation plans and procedures.
• Conduct site surveys and pre-install inspections for tool and personnel needs.
• Troubleshoot network, wireless, and connectivity issues; identify root causes.
• Perform RF site surveys and assess environmental factors for installation.
• Prepare technical reports, work orders, and installation documentation.
• Provide customers with technical guidance and training on equipment operation.
