Job summary

Red River is seeking a Field Installation Engineer to lead hands-on deployment of network infrastructure across customer and internal environments. You will plan, install, configure, calibrate, and validate equipment, and collaborate with project teams to meet requirements and quality standards.

The role requires site surveys, travel to customer locations, and clear documentation of installations, tests, and as-built reports.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in IT or networking.
• 3+ years installing, deploying, troubleshooting, or supporting network tech.
• Ability to read diagrams and specs and troubleshoot.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and validate network & infrastructure equipment.
• Analyze requirements and develop installation plans.
